1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Chhean Smm at chheansmm.com (“we”, “us”, the
“Panel”). By registering an account, adding funds, or placing an order you confirm
that you have read, understood, and accept these terms in full. If you do not accept
them, do not use the Panel.
We may update these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when it is
published on this page, and your continued use of the Panel afterwards means you accept
it. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Panel.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
- One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including orders placed through the API.
- Tell us immediately, via a support ticket, if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Services
The Panel resells social media marketing services, including followers, likes, views,
subscribers, comments, and similar engagement, across third-party platforms. Each service
listing states its rate, minimum and maximum quantity, and expected delivery behaviour.
- Service descriptions, rates, and availability may change without notice. The rate charged is the rate shown at the moment your order is confirmed.
- Delivery speeds are estimates, not guarantees. Third-party platform changes, outages, and rate limits can delay or interrupt delivery.
- We may add, suspend, or withdraw any service at any time.
- We do not control the third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that any result will be permanent.
4. Orders
- Check the link, quantity, and service carefully before submitting. Orders cannot be edited once placed.
- Your account must hold sufficient balance for an order to be accepted.
- Do not place a second order for the same link until the first has completed. Overlapping orders may fail and are not refundable on that basis.
- The target account or post must be public for the duration of the order. Orders placed on private, restricted, or later-deleted content will not be processed or refunded.
- Do not change the username or URL of the target while an order is in progress.
5. Payment, balance, and pricing
- All services are prepaid. Funds are added to your account balance and then spent on orders.
- Account balance is credit for use on the Panel only. It is not a deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not transferable between accounts.
- You are responsible for any transaction, gateway, or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
- Send payments only through the methods listed on the Add Funds page. We are not responsible for funds sent by any other route.
- If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend your account and recover the amount from your balance.
- Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
6. Refunds and cancellations
- Where an order fails entirely and no delivery took place, the charge is returned to your account balance.
- Where an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is returned to your account balance.
- Refunds are issued as Panel balance. Withdrawals back to a payment method are not available unless required by law.
- We do not refund orders that fail because of incorrect links, private or deleted content, username changes, or overlapping orders on the same link.
- Added funds are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law.
- Refill and cancel options are available only on services that state they support them, and only within the stated window.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Panel to:
- Promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers minors.
- Target accounts or content you do not own or have permission to promote.
- Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation.
- Promote fraud, phishing, malware, pirated material, or other unlawful schemes.
- Attack, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Panel or its API.
- Resell access to the Panel in a way that misrepresents who is providing the services.
- Abuse the refill, cancel, refund, or dispute processes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Panel complies with the terms of
the third-party platforms you are promoting on, and with the laws that apply to you.
8. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, with or without notice.
- Where an account is closed for a serious breach, including fraud or chargeback abuse, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
- You may stop using the Panel at any time. Unused balance is not refundable on voluntary closure except where required by law.
- Orders already in progress at the point of closure may be cancelled without refund.
9. Support
Support is provided through the ticket system on this Panel. Please open one ticket per
issue and include the order ID. Duplicate tickets slow down the queue. We aim to respond
promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time unless stated otherwise.
10. Privacy and data
- We collect the account details you provide, your order history, and technical data such as IP address and browser information.
- We use this data to operate the Panel, process orders and payments, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- Order details are shared with the upstream providers who fulfil them, to the extent needed for delivery.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Never send passwords for your social media accounts. No service on this Panel requires them.
11. Child panels and API
- Child panels and API access are provided for you to resell services under your own brand.
- You remain responsible for your own customers, your own pricing, your own support, and your own compliance with these terms.
- Child panel subscriptions are billed for the stated period and must be renewed to remain active. Panels not renewed may be suspended and, after the stated grace period, deleted.
- Keep your API key private. Requests made with your key are treated as made by you.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Panel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent
permitted by law we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or any
specific commercial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising
out of or relating to the Panel is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific
order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any action taken
against your account by a third-party platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
or limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or expense
(including reasonable legal costs) arising from your use of the Panel, your content, or
your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [insert your country or region], and any
dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
[insert your city or region], without regard to conflict of law rules.
